The story of these Hungarian ladies – Dansor and Szilvia Harsz – started when they both left Budapest in the hope of finding some more musical adventure in the Netherlands. The very first time they met each other, was behind the decks on one of the Womenwaves parties (Dansor’s concept, this edition together with guest DJ Estroe) in a club in Amsterdam. They had no face to face contact until that moment… The discovery of the fact they actually attended the same grade at the same high school in Budapest was pretty intense. Soon after they combined forces and in 2003 they established the Budapest Delight nights in Vaaghuyzen with success and moved it to the Getaway Cafe and Jetlounge in 2008. Budapest Delight has been complemeting the Amsterdam dance scene on a constant basis and has seen many special guests such as Vince Watson (UK), Medway (US/UK), Das meisters (UK), Carlos Valdes, Sandrien, Zoë Xenia, Ille Bitch, Schijfrijders, Lovin’ L’ectro, Dikkie D, Esther, Chris Mo’ Mills, Eva Maria, Martine, Hepcat, Rombout, Kiki Toao, Mike Ravelli, Dirty Brown, Shiva, Andrea, Kreed, Juriaan, Ayden and Avraam, Kyra (HU), Ned (BR) Matik (BE), etc….
